Methodology · v0.1
How we score the tools
Fit, accessibility, UK relevance and AI depth, added up to a score out of 5. Here is exactly how it works.
SiteAgentics Directory: Methodology (v0.1, 15 Oct 2026)
Scores are SiteAgentics editorial opinion, based only on what vendors state on their own sites. We have not tested any of these tools yet.
Sources
Each URL was loaded on 15 Oct 2026 (HTTP 200). ChatGPT and Claude returned bot-block 403s, so we used vendor pricing pages instead. Pricing reflects what each site says. "Demo-led" means no public price. We don't invent prices. Fields marked unknown were not stated or not checked.
Score (1-5)
- Fit (0-2): how directly it solves a PM or planner job (programme, cost, H&S, records, contracts, docs).
- Accessibility (0-1): a public price, free tier or trial, and suitable for SMEs.
- UK relevance (0-1): UK presence, UK contracts (e.g. NEC) or GBP pricing.
- AI depth (0-1): AI is core to the product rather than a bolt-on.
We round to a 1-5 score. A score of 5 means it's a standout for its category.

v2 update (15 Oct 2026)
- 19 tools added, for 40 in total. Each tool now has its own page with an overview, best for, strengths, limitations, pricing, alternatives and sources.
- Editorial adjustment: the four criteria give a raw score. We may move it by up to one point when the raw number misleads, for example AI that only comes in a paid add-on, or a tool built for a different industry. Each tool's rationale shows the raw breakdown and any adjustment.
- New entries were checked against the vendor's own pages on 15 Oct 2026. Where a site blocked automated checks, we say so on the tool page.
